Applicants must have completed 10+2 (Higher Secondary) with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Mathematics with at least 50% marks from a recognized board. Selection is based on entrance test performance and personal interview. Basic computer knowledge is preferred but not mandatory.
The 3-year program consists of six semesters. Each year includes both theoretical coursework and practical/clinical training. The final semester focuses heavily on hospital-based internship and a research project. Students spend approximately 60% of their time in practical sessions and clinical rotations.

Graduates can pursue higher education through M.Sc in Medical Physics, Radiation Physics, or Medical Imaging Technology.
